Luz Del Carmen Odiardi Purón, PhD

Luz Del Carmen Odiardi, affectionately known as “Tita”, is the Director of Consulting at EI Solutions Group. Since 2002 she has acted as a Consulting Associate with Organization Performance Solutions, providing services in strategy, leadership development, executive coaching, succession planning, and solutions in talent management.

Tita has more than thirty years experience with strong consulting skills as a Partner and General Manager at Odiardi, S.C., and Asesores Asociados Odiardi S.A. de C.V.
She has taught at the Iberoamericana University and the Technological Institute and Advanced Studies of Monterrey (ITESM) for twenty-six years, as well as at the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM).

Tita holds three degrees from the Iberoamericana University: her PhD in Psychology, an MBA with specialization in Marketing, and an Undergraduate Degree in Industrial Relations. She studied Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) with Dr. John Grinder, co-founder of NLP, from whom she received her International Certificate. Tita earned her Certification in Emotional Intelligence by Collaborative Growth and MHS.

In addition, she earned an International Certification in Coaching from Erickson College International and she is a ECPC certified coach by the International Coaching Federation.
