Karina Boncristiano

Karina Boncristiano is an executive and organizational coach, and founder of NGT Partners Group.

As a former corporate executive, Karina brings more than fifteen years of corporate working experience in the international business arena. Keeping the focus of her career mostly on sales and management has enabled her to lead large teams in the US (25+ staff as one of the largest in the organization) and internationally (Europe, Hong Kong and India). The global mindset and flexibility to adjust under special circumstances are some of her strongest leadership characteristics. Other characteristics, such as that of a goal-driven professional with special attention to performance efficiency, made her a key player on decision making processes that took place while she was part of the executive team. Her business contribution to her former employers translated into increased revenue and profitability with the introduction of new South American Spanish-speaking countries into the commercial development and expansion of product portfolio related to business-to-business technology.

Karina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in International Business by a renowned university in São Paulo, Brazil along with Management Certification courses in the US. She is also a certified professional business coach by the University of Miami, under the ICF (International Coach Federation) accreditation program.
