What is Coaching

Coaching is all about the clients’ inner power…it’s a simple practice that releases your potential as a human being and supports you to accomplish your goals. A Coach supports the client to reach their maximum potential and achieve the greatest performance in any field. The client’s choice to work on a selected area can range from personal life (Life Coaching), to professional life (Business Coaching).

Coaching is about incredible changes, immediate results and successful achievements. The job of a coach is to arm you with all the necessary tools to uncover where these answers may lie. By guiding you with special methods, the coach allows you to independently explore inside your mind and bring to light all the necessary information needed to attain your desired goals.

The coach-to-client interaction will be maintained throughout a determined time frame and in total confidentiality. The coach’s role during this time period is to facilitate and prioritize your objectives that you want to accomplish, such as development of inner resources. You will in turn start to discover the paths that will lead you to expected results; may it be finding satisfaction in life, or bringing efficiency to daily routine or work team. A coach is ultimately a tool or a guide towards excellence in everyday life, with achievement through happiness and personal realization.

Coaching does not give a single solution. It is about improving your own ability to constantly develop solutions.

Here are a few simple points you can expect from a coach:

  • Supports you to have an optimal living.
  • Clarifies your goals and how to achieve them.
  • Maximizes your results, in a realistic and attainable manner.
  • Centralizes your focus in order to accomplish more of what you want in a speedier manner.
  • Encourages you to take key decisions in your life.
  • Accelerates your growth and progress, observing and connecting you with the opportunities present in your life.
  • Confronts the limiting beliefs and behaviors that may cause conflict in interactions and communication with others.
  • Helps you to learn how to use time more efficiently, in order to accomplish more in less time.
  • Counsels you on how to act proactively, not reactively in how you respond to your life.
  • Assists you in creating simple rituals that potentiate your success.
  • Advises you in creating a plan of action from where you are today toward where you want to be tomorrow.
